We collect very little, and this page says exactly what and why. If you want anything removed, one email does it.
Who this is about
Novexa Digital Solutions, reachable at hello@novexadigitalsolutions.net. This page covers this website and the people who contact us through it. It does not cover what our clients do on their own accounts, which is their responsibility.
What this website collects
This site has no signup, no login and no comment section. It does not set advertising cookies and it does not run third party tracking scripts.
Our web server keeps standard request logs, which include an IP address, the page requested and the time. These are used to keep the site running and to see abuse or errors. They are deleted on a rolling basis and are not used to build any profile.
What you send us by email
When you email us about work or about a job, we keep that email and anything in it. For work enquiries that means your name, address, business details and the accounts you send us. For job applications it means your CV and whatever you tell us.
- Work enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within twelve months
- Job applications are kept for six months, then deleted, unless you ask us to keep them longer
- Client records are kept while you are a client and for six years after, because tax rules require it
Who else sees it
Our email provider and our web host, because the message has to travel and the site has to run somewhere. Nobody else. We do not sell data, we do not share it for marketing, and we do not pass it to other agencies.
Client accounts
When we manage social accounts we work inside your own business accounts through the proper access tools each platform provides. We do not ask for or store your passwords. Access can be removed by you at any time from your own settings, without going through us.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email hello@novexadigitalsolutions.net and you will get an answer within thirty days. We do not require a form or any particular wording.
If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. We would rather you came to us first, but that route is yours and we will not obstruct it.
Changes to this page
When we change how we work, this page changes on the same day. The date at the top tells you when it last did.
