Why the list is short

A company that says it does everything is usually good at one thing and buying in the rest. We would rather name the few things we do every day and be honest about where our knowledge stops.

What we believe about this work

Most social accounts do not fail because the posts were bad. They fail because nobody answered. Four decent posts a month with every comment answered beats twenty posts and an inbox nobody opens.

Growth bought with followers is not growth. It moves a number and moves nothing else, and the platforms get better at spotting it every year. We have never done it and we will not start.

Numbers should include the bad ones. A report that only shows what went up is an advert, not a report.

How we work together

Everyone here is remote and everyone here talks daily. Work that goes out in someone else name is read by a second person first, which keeps mistakes small and is how people get better quickly. When something is wrong it is said early and directly rather than saved up for later.

What we will not do

• Buy followers, likes or group members
• Post reviews or comments pretending to be a customer
• Run an account by holding a password instead of proper business access
• Promise a result that depends on things nobody controls
